You do not have to start over explaining the situation every time something changes. We stay with the larger picture as it develops.
Direct perspective
I will ask questions, challenge assumptions, tell you what I am seeing, and help you notice what pressure may be changing.
Work that evolves with you
We are not limited to the issue you brought into the first meeting. We work with what becomes visible as you move through real situations.
In person or virtual
I prefer working in person whenever possible. Virtual sessions are available when location makes that impractical.
